Playways have been designing and building amazing playhouses and climbing frames for the best part of a decade.

Playways outdoor play centres are made from robust materials suited to the rigours of many years of play and to the changeable English climate. Playways build places for your children to play that will stimulate their imaginations and help to keep them healthy and active

We use high quality timber that has been planed smooth and pressure treated to last for many years. All our timber suppliers hold the appropriate FSC and PEFC certification. Playways design all of our products ourselves and all the manufacture is carried out in our workshop in East Devon. Once your product is complete we deliver it to your home and install it for you.

Our ability to design and build is second to none: from awkward corners in small city gardens to larger spaces we can always come up with something to make it an exciting play area for your children, for example with a beautiful playhouse, lined and painted inside and out, or a climbing frame with monkey bars, scramble nets, slides and bridges.

This range is more suitable for the smaller garden and features the Marauders castle climbing tower (great to help the kids let off steam in smaller gardens) and wooden playhouses with a variety of options and accessories.

Playways Play systems

Our range of free standing tree houses and play centres are limited only by the imagination. We can work within space limitations, make the most of slopes and existing features in the space or expand wider with interconnecting bridges, monkey bars and scramble nets.

Options include slides, climbing walls, raised Wendy houses, fireman's poles, nets, decks, garages, doors, hatches, painted finishes and shingled roofs. At Playways we believe that the finished item should be a stunning feature addition to your garden as well as the children's play centre.

Cottages and Wendy houses

Playways play houses provide a real home from home for your children, within the safety of your garden. Designed to be child sized but adult-friendly our play houses have light and airy interiors, usually with an interior height just over 2 metres.

We can produce playhouses with upstairs levels, dormer windows or verandas. Options and accessories include seating, window boxes and decorative trim as well as a range of painted finish options – whether you prefer your child's play house to blend in or stand out we can provide what you need.
